Don used to ask me why all our children were fair-haired and light-eyed when he had dark hair, ruddy skin, and dark eyes. Then he would add, "But they look suspiciously like the Mailman!" That worked just fine until we got a new mailman - African American.

I just hope Ainsley keeps her blue eyes and blond hair. Kolbe and John were blonds once, too.
